Celebration Cake Booking Process
Celebration cakes are a wonderful way to make life's special moments even more memorable.
Each cake is designed especially for you and created to reflect your celebration, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, baby shower, engagement party or another important occasion.
Our cakes are made to order using your chosen flavours and finished with carefully considered details to create a centrepiece that feels personal to your event.
Below you'll find the key steps involved in ordering your celebration cake.

Enquiry
Every celebration cake is designed especially for you and made to order.
To get started, simply complete the enquiry form and tell us about your celebration. Please include the date of your event, the number of servings required, your preferred flavours, design ideas and any inspiration images you'd like to share.
As all cakes are made to order and availability is limited, we recommend getting in touch as early as possible, particularly during the busy summer months.
To ensure availability and allow enough time for planning and preparation, we are unable to accept celebration cake orders less than 3 weeks before the event date.
Once we receive your enquiry, we'll check availability and get back to you with confirmation and an initial quote.

Design, Quote & Booking
We'll discuss your design ideas by email and work with you to create a cake that perfectly suits your celebration.
Once the design, size and decoration details have been agreed, you'll receive your final quote.

To secure your booking, a payment of 50% of the final order value is required.
The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before collection or delivery.

Collection & Delivery
Single-tier celebration cakes can be collected from our studio by prior arrangement.
For safe transportation, collection cakes are supplied in a sturdy cake transport box. The cost of the box (£18) is added separately to your order.
Two-tier and larger cakes are delivered by us personally using specialist cake transportation equipment to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
On arrival, your cake will be carefully placed on a prepared table or surface at the agreed location.
Delivery is charged separately and is not included in the cake price. Delivery charges are calculated at £0.50 per mile.
Please Note
We do not copy other designers’ work, but we are happy to use your preferred designs as inspiration.
We specialise in ganache and fondant-finished cakes because this allows us to create refined, textural and timeless designs. While we don’t offer buttercream or semi-naked cakes, our cakes are always baked fresh, finished with high-quality ingredients, and designed to taste as exquisite as they look.
