Frequently Asked Questions…
Planning Your Order
-
It’s never too early! You should consider booking your wedding cake 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. Contact us as soon as you know your wedding date and venue to discuss securing your date. For occasions, most of our customers order around 4-6 weeks in advance. You can also put down a deposit to save your space and decide on the design at a later date.

Single-tier celebration cakes can be collected from our studio by prior arrangement.
For safe transportation, collection cakes are supplied in a sturdy cake transport box. The cost of the box (£18) is added separately to your order.
For cakes with two or more tiers, we provide personal delivery and set-up. This allows us to ensure your cake is transported safely and arrives in perfect condition, using specialist equipment designed for the secure transportation of tiered cakes. -
Yes, all of our two or more tiers cakes are delivered. Delivery and set-up are quoted separately and will be included in your quotation. Charges are based on return mileage (£0.50 per mile) and the total time required for travel, delivery and set-up (£15 per hour).
For wedding cakes we will liaise with the venue, event manager, and caterer, and will provide a slicing guide and delivery note explaining the flavours and tiers, servings, and any non-edible decorations, which they can then reference throughout the day.
